How do I make a form?

I want to make a dynamic (generated by events) form with dropdowns, textbox, labels (something about that https://www.zoho.com/creator/images/sub ... anager.gif ) and integrate in COnstruct 2 (form into a level, read data from the form...)

What is the best method?

I think you can do this stuff by with construct 2 provided forms.

You can also add plugins, for example, that extand input types.
