This is more a publishing issue then a construct 2 related issue.

I noticed in intel xdk it says publish after build. I am going to pay for the apple dev account just was wondering if any body have published thier games from a pc not a mac.

I've never been able to publish from a PC, only a MAC. But I did notice that new feature in the Intel XDK, don't know if it works.
