Where are my sounds and music?

Sorry if there is another post on this but I'm not seeing one. The site says that the free version comes with 16 free bundled sounds and three bundled music. I looked and I can't seem to find it on the installed software. I'm build a proof of concept and I wanted to test out the features prior to purchase. Thanks for the help!
