I have 2 layers, 1 and 2. 2 is my background layer, and it is behind all the stuff in the first layer. Only problem is, the white background color from layer 1 is covering it all up.

Sorry if it's a really simple question, but I've only just started (:

Transparent

Ignore background color and make the layer have a transparent background.
