How do I create a joystick just for angle?

Hi, I saw that tutorial with (sang, fand, etc...) but I was wondering is there possible, to make 2 joysticks?

*One for movement, and one for angle ?

This will be perfect for a shooting game, even o platformer.

Anyone did this ? ( or a tutorial? even an idea will help )

P.S. I saw a tutorial for this but it was only for gamepad, not "touch joystick"
