Create a gif

Hi,

is there a way to generate a animated gif / video from the game?

With "take snapshop" I can save a .PNG or a .JPEG but how i can build an animated gif?

Something like this?http://jnordberg.github.io/gif.js/

I'm trying to workaround this with something like

Layout "rec"

Snapshot every 1 second with uri saved in LocalStorage

Layout "play"

Sprite animated with "load frame" from previous LocalStorage

Some ideas to download a sprite?

Maybe post the canvassnapshot-data to a webpage in ajax and the webpage then has to save that data to an image.

But it seems really inefficient, better just capture your screen with a lossless algorithm (or near lossless) and convert that to gif.
