How do I create bike physics

hi guys (my english is bad sorry about this )

i want to create a bike game like motor x mayhem . i can create motor and running with keyboard but i can not create 3 Thing

1- i can not set driver animation how i set this ? like motor x mayhem motor driver

2- i can not create driver physics when his motor Accident (Indeed when motor accident driver Hitting the ground and .. )

3- i can not use sound for motor i can only put 1 sound for motor and when player clicked on a button play sound but this is very bad

Would you understand my mean ???
