How do I create a bar with many objects

hello

this is for a puzzle game. i would like to have at the bottom of the screen a strip with objects inside

with 30 puzzle pieces inside the stripe only 8 would be visible to see the other you have to swipe on objects bar right or left on the bar

if you drag an object up it will be used on the game area.

will appreciate a help on this
