How do I code this?

I´m making a Yandere Simulator fangame(you can test it on the arcade) and i´m working on the reactions of the people to dead students.

Look at the screenshot:

As you can see,when Yandere-Chan kills someone in front of a student,it will apear another camera showing the fear of the student a few seconds.

It will be posible do something like that?How?

on event create object at location

destroy object
