check if a sprite has an imagepoint by name?

I was wondering if there is a way to check for a specific image point by name. So something along the lines of check this sprite to see if there is an image point named something" assigned to it.

I don't think there is a way to do this.

And at this point, I don't think there should be a way since there really shouldn't be any need to check that since image points can't be modified while running.

It is not a property of a sprite, as you seem to think.

The name is a property of an imagepoint, in a certain frame, in a certain animation attached to a sprite.

Yes, I meant animation frame of a sprite. Thank you, for the help on that. That's a perfect example of what i was trying to figure out.
