How do I make my character move in my second level?

I am having the problem when my spaceship reaches the end of my first level and the game detects a collision between the ship and the objective, it takes me to my second level but for some reason I cant move the new character! Help me please.

You are setting the timescale to 0. Set it back to 1 in the Start-of-layout of phase-2.
