Hi, Is there an a system action to do this?.

The action picks up all the objects in the indicated layer and changes its timescale.

Example:

Function name:

Change all timescale objects in layer

Parameters:

Select the layer.

Select new timescale.

You can only set time scale to objects and all of its instances, or to the whole project. So far there is no change time scale to layers.
