How do I card game

I'm doing a card game where the cards at the beginning of physical fall of their positions to the area botton screen, with drag drop I move the cards and I have to make them stay in their original place, but I am not able to do is last part. Can anyone help me?

create 2 vars in sprite and store x,y initial position in start of game, when needed use these vars to reposition.
