How do I get callback after of Tweet from Twitter?

Hi guys, maybe it's not easy to resolve when you use c2.

I'm looking a solution to get callback from twitter after of sharing something, like this http://jsfiddle.net/EZ4wu/3/ basically you click "Tweet" text, then it prompts and shared, you get alert after of this, I need to know how to integrate this to c2.
