Call phone with add list!

hello guys.

ok this is a title compel i think!!! idont know if this is possible on Construct 2

i want to make.. "IF is possible " when some one call me on my home, show me the call number and ask me if i want to add on my contact list!! IF is already on my contact list, then show me the personal card..

with :

name

city

call number:

address

etc etc etc..

Mate, why do you want to do it in Construct 2? It's a game development software..

You need Android IDE or something.
