Hope I am in the right Section.

Would anyone know where i can get or buy Sprites. I have no art skills what so ever.

I have been looking for a place where i can either buy or download free Sprites that i can use as my own after paying for them. Meaning I can use it when and where ever I want with out no issues with copy right.
