How do I make bullets spawn around my Enemy

So i want to make it so my boss hovers mid air and starts throwing knives around him, like a bullet hell but i just cant figure a way to make it work, even when searching online, Please help! The problem with that is that it seems to spawn on the background sprite and not my yellow sprite
