How do I make blasteroids space ship behavior ?

Ok guys, my last 2 posts seemed impossible to solve...so I have decided to change the commands and movements of my space ship.

Ho can I do this: Up arrow is the afterburner to move the ship. Left / right arrow will make rotate the ship. The ship will fly in the direction of the rotated ange ( left/right arrow)

how can I manage this ?
