How do I make a better snake ...

Hi guys I need a big help from U...

I have found and modified a cool snake movement. My question is:

1.How can I make that the tail appears from the beginning

2.How can i make the distance bigger between the tails when it slows down ( the tails are too close when the snake is slow)

3.How can i make the first tail on the top of the second, the second on the top of third one and so on...
