How do I avoid black screen?

Hi, I have tested this apk on my test devices, samsung galaxy s4 mini and table huwai and runs ok.

But I have listened from a few of users that after splash screen the screen goes black and the loading-logo doesn´t appear. One of this test was on samsung s7.

Could you tried to run the game to see if you have black screen?

Anyone know why this could happen?

I compile with xdk, plugins: device, splash screen, network information, and admob.
