Cant figure out why there isnt any audio on the iPad2 (ios 8.1)

.. Imported it in wav fomat ( C2 r200 )

.. Export cordova > checked the audio m4a option and version > any

.. Build in intal XDK

All plays well but NO AUDIO ?
