you can make this:
Every 3 seconds - system create object shuriken on X , Y.
And add the bullet behavior to the shuriken.

Sorry i don't understand whet you mean?
I will create 3 shurikens. Any two of the shurikens (random) will appear on the left side for 3 seconds and then will start attacking to the right
