Is there Animation Editor to make simple animation

Is there any Animation Editor to make simple animation such as simple translation animation and rotate animation, because if I use frames or to make such a simple animation may take too many memories

PS: I'm not from a contry which speak English, so please forgive me if I say something wrong. =w=

Try using the Rotate or Bullet behaviors for simple rotation and movement without having to create lots of animation frames.
