How do I make and's together with or's?

I need some help with my game.

I want to implement this to my game:

when pressing Shift

or

When touching A

and

Player is on the floor

set

platform max speed to 275

Is this possible?

To make the "Player is on the floor" condition for Shift and A conditions .
