How do I allow users to download file but with file name?

I have an app where users can upload and download files but when users upload the file the name of the file is not stored and so when other users download the file it gives the default name I set. How can I set it where, when downloaded the file comes out with the uploaded name?

Use FileChooser.FileNameAt(0), save it to a variable. If you need to store it between sessions, save to Local Storage.
