How do I allow to download PDF files

Hi,

i am making an app when i click an sprite , PDF file will download from my site to the mobile

I tested it at my PC and it worked fine

and tested it at my mobile from the browser worked fine

but when i converted it to APK and click the sprite the app show me message ((No permission to write, abort)) and the file not downloaded

i used intel XDK to convert it to APK

First of all, just if you didn't know here's the quote from the officiall announcement:

So you may want to move to some other wrapper.
