How do I add notifications in mobile app?

Hello! I am a iOS and Android developer. I am using CocoonJS to make games on iOS and Android. I have got CocoonJS Extensions and use Advertisment and IAP in my apps. I have only one question. How can I use CocoonJS notifications? They an article here:

Yes, I know, that now CocoonJS plugin doesn't support this feature. But I think, it can be intergrated as IAP and Ads features. I want to ask Ashley: Will Scirra support local and push notifications using CocoonJS and when?

I have already wrote to ludei and now I'm waiting for reply.

I just want to ask community: What do you think about it?
