How to add information in position x array and change existing data in position x array?

I am creating a quiz game I want to keep the answers of players. Whether the players answered correctly or wrongly If the player answers incorrectly, I want the array in that item to have 0 information. If the player answers correctly, I want the array in that item to have 1. I want to give the new x array data that I need. Have a position in the red frame

I can't import the file because you've used plugins so can't do much. Can you just explain what it is you're trying to do and what you did so far? That screenshot didn't really help. What are the other values in the array used for? I see you're already using tokenat position to grab some data so you should be fine to do this?
