Thanks for the reply . I know of the File Chooser, but sadly, it doesn't give me all the features I'm looking for... Looks like I'm probably going to whip out the Notepad ++ to set this sort of thing up myself.

If anyone else manages to stumble upon this post wondering if it's possible, the answer is that Cordova allows this. I'll look further into this, and share what I've gotten, but it will take some time before I can do that.
