How do I Make a 2d Gta Game?

hello everyone i wanna know if its possible and how to make a similar 2d game to gta in construct 2.

for example (how to make cutscenes and missions and buy clothes and changing the player clothes ....etc)

Constructboy there is really a lot of work to do for that.

Are you searching for what? A tutorial? In that case, better divide your requirements in small pieces and search for individual tutorial.
