What's a good "swaying" animation?

I put some blades of grass into my layout and I want them to gently sway back and forth. Has anyone done this before, and maybe already have the timing worked out? I'm trying to get a nature feel in the movement and I don't really trust my judgement.

Thanks, but I know how to set it up. Just trying to tweak the setting to make it look more natural. Here's my sine settings:
