unable to use server and denied for security

HI, i have a problem. I made a game with multiplayer mode, but when it try to connecting to server, this game showing error notification alert : denied for security reason.

Why it happen?

is this server "wss://multiplayer.scirra.com" cannot be use now?

but now (when I fad try it again), I don't know why this game can no longer connect to the server.

now this game shows a notification: request was denied for security.

I use the same device (phone).

but you are receiving notifications on your phone? like whatsapp notifications?

Yes, all is normal, except my game :(
