I want to know how to remove one tile from it on mouse click where i click plz

Should help. Shows translation from mouse coordinates X/Y to tile positions X/Y.

not exactly but this may help

I want every tile disappear totally when clicked and shows what is behind not move with the mouse

Its the same. And once you translated mouse to tile position, use the action Tilemap > Erase tile.
