[Suggestion] "Is Visible" for FileChooser

Hi. Just noticed that there is no "is visible" condition for the File Chooser plugin. By default I set it to invisible and it would be nice to have a toggle button to show/hide it.

Without this I have to use a variable to check if it was set to visible/invisible.

A workaround for now would be to have an instance variable set as boolean value for the object. Toggle the boolean when you toggle visibility - then compare boolean value.
