[Suggestion] Bring the IRC chat to the editor

Hello there,

I think it might be a good idea to have a small optional window on the editor with direct access to the construct2 IRC chat room. I have been using the chat lately and it has been extremely useful for networking and community integration purposes.

Given the number of people would rise if this was integrated into the editor, it could be separated into channels with a bit more specific subjects (like one for "help").

I think this might bring the C2 dev community closer together.

I don't want to reinvent the wheel. Good IRC clients already exist!

I think a better solution would be to make the IRC Chatroom known somehow, and link a mibbit link to it.

I kind of agree with Ashley that there are already a lot of convenient IRC clients (that allow you to connect to multiple servers).

Also having the IRC directly in C2 would be a big distraction.

Nevertheless, perhaps a "Chat" link could be added to the starting page (a webchat/mibbit link indeed).

I also agree, it's a well-kept secret at the moment! Let's add that link!

The front page chat link to the Mibbit should do, then. :)
