source code?

Hello, how do I export what I did to source code?

I need it to show to my academic work!

I set up the game all beautiful, only need the script to complete my academic work.

Can anyone help me?

the "source" is your capx file.

Sounds like you were given a project and are supposed to code things yourself. If so I highly recommend doing your school work the way your teacher/professor intended.

Otherwise, Construct does not make it easy to read the code. This is to help protect developers from those that would steal their code.

That said, when you are in the home menu there is an export button. That will export into a working although non(humanly) readable code.

Note when you export you will get the JS code for the Construct 2 runtime, which is identical for all games, plus a block of data representing your project. So you probably don't want to present that as the "source code" to your game.
