sound wont play on ipad

Hi,

I Run my game through an html on server.

I have added ogg files and it runs smooth on browser while on ipad or iphone (IOS 11) Nothing is heared.

even when the loading bar at the beginning on desktop runs very slow (shows it downloading file)

on Ipad or Iphone the loading is very fast and no music is loaded.

Please help!
