[SOLVED] Windows 10 4k scaling

I am using Windows 10 with 3840x2160 resolution and 200% scaling.

I use C2 version 206, but C2 has some scaleing problems.

As you can see on the pictures the side menu places are scaled up right but the middle main part is not.

The Welcome menu is to tiny and the event place. The scaling dots for objects are very small and some icons like the search icon in the "insert new event" menu (not in the pictures)

I hope that there will be a fix for that soon <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_smile.gif" alt=":)" title="Smile">

There are so many ads and popups on those links, I genuinely can't view the images properly. Try Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive.

They're just pictures of Construct 2, I can't see anything wrong anywhere. I'd guess it's nothing to do with Windows 10 or the 4K resolution anyway, and it's just something about your game's treatment of scaling which is wrong.

nope its a problem with c2, look at the first image and compare the font size of the left menu side (Name,Plugin etc) which scales up as it should be with the event font size which is so small that you can hardly read it if you are sitting in front of 4k.

The problem with 4k resolution is that you dont just set the resolution on 4k and its done, the problem is that if you set scaleing to 100% as you would do with other resolution everything looks small.

I think Win 7 could scale up to only 150% thats why microsoft made for win 10 the option to scale up everything up to 350%.

if you want to try it out your self just keep your resolution as it is and just scale up everything and look on C2 which of your elements are really scaleing up and which dont.

It just looks like you have scaled down the layout? Can't you just hold ctrl and scroll the mouse wheel to fix that? Should work on the event sheet as well.

Anonnymitet is right: Hold ctrl, use your mouse wheel to get the events to the size you like.

its a little odd that it dont automaticly scales it like the other stuff but it worked with holding down CTRL and scroll.

I didnt knowed that function, thanks man!
