Shoutbox; is Silverlight 4 gonna be a problem?

I wanna use Rex'es Chat Plugin and do a quick Shout Box for a Website.

Admin told me that if it is not Coded in Silverlight 4 that it might not work.

Any ideas on that?

Isn't the ("game" (chat)) just gonna be a string of code that is the

->Index<- file ?

Would it be in any way Possible to Change the Colour per Person? I suppose not since it is using the same Text Box..
