set object position out of layout or invisible?

Hi,

I have a question, I know C2 will not render objects are out of layout, so it means the best way to increase performance is to set object(if the object is not currently used) position out of layout, but I am wondering if I set objects invisible, and within the layout, this way will cause poor performance than set position out of layout or not?

I know invisible objects can still be clicked on (if they are buttons). So, I would think they would still be causing collisions as well. I would move the object out of the layout.
