Hi

When I use the action Set layer "NAME" scale to ( value < 1 )

the other Layer is affected by scale and the display are not right

with Fullscreen in browser mods scale & letterbox

How is it for you ?

Is it a bug or I don't understand the action "layer scale to" ?

It's not a bug. You need to set the layout's "unbounded scrolling" property to "yes".
