I can sell my personal edition account?

You should really email directly, but someone asked the same question recently and I'm pretty sure the answer is no, because the license is in your name and cannot be transferred.

The answer is no. This was ask apx a month ago. The license a contractual agreement between the purchaser and company. Selling your license on a developer tool means the purchaser has no agreement with Scirra. Thus they have no allowance to use the software. We may think of the license as tangible, but it is in fact an agreement.

The only way to own anything digital is to make it yourself or steal it. I don't condone the second route, we've come a long way since the bad old days of the 90s.
