I've wanted to ask about translations, hope DronTr you don't mind I'm doing it here. How could it be done in the future, if I translate e.g. the latest release r87, when r88 comes out, so I'd need to translate only parts which would've been added in the r88? I don't know exactly how it works, but could you set up something like mygengo. When I have some time I'm helping with Concrete5 translation. I haven't tried any other services, maybe you know something better.

Ashley I use Notepad++ :). until translation feature not come with stable version. in this case it seems posible to port for newest version.

BTW, do we need subforum for localization of Construct 2, plugins and effects?

what is the current status with translation? I'd like to do a Greek translation (so that a Greek kid can use the UI)

is there some Pootle server for contributing translations or do they use Transifex, or GetLocalization or similar service?

I think the multilanguage support was never finished, and that it could potentially break thing atm.

Don't use translations in Construct 2, the feature was never finished and using a different language file will cause bugs.
