How was Red Carpet Rampage published to Google Play?

Hello,

I was wondering what was used to publish Red Carpet Rampage to mobile.

I find that Cocoon games have a delay between actions and that Red Carpet Rampage runs smooth with ads.

Oh cool, it was developed by C2?

My guess is that it could have been exported with Intel XDK. I wonder why the publisher left the C2 loading bar in there and by whom was it published by?

Just posting this if other people wanted to know the answer after I received email from creator:

We used Intel XDK and ported with 'Android Crosswalk'. It took quite a bit of messing with plugins to get ads to work though and I'm not entirely happy with the port, it runs very poorly on older phones compared to native android apps.
