I'm trying to focus on buying a Raspberry Pi 3 for a new desktop, and I'm wondering, if it might be able to run construct 2 and construct 3 properly. If not, what recommendations are out there? Just on a pretty right budget as is, and looking for a usable computer to work with.

The Raspberry Pi cannot run C2, but it can run C3 in the Chromium browser. I haven't tried it for a while, but last I checked it was a bit rough on account of the GPU driver; it might have improved by now.
