Can Construct 2 will enable to save to a .exe file? This is very important to me. I'll be very happy if you add this option to choose. Please, think about it.

Can Construct 2 will have a mode of application development? And what with DirectX compatibility?

HTML 5 is great thing, but why do you avoid the old options?

Tanabe: the FAQ does say we plan an EXE exporter - in the meantime, a user has explored the possibility of putting a HTML5 game in an EXE "container" - see here.
