Portals are blocking links that are opened in new window

I posted my game on the Kongregate, Newgrounds and some other portals with online games.

I have there links to external pages (Steam, FB, YT etc.) but if I set them to open in new window most browsers block them. If i make them to open in the same window links work fine.

Is it possible to bypass this and enable games to open links in new window without been blocked by browsers?
