I was wondering if there is a known problem with background music on Chrome for Android (I believe I have Jellybean).

I can turn down the volume of sound effects, but not that of the bg music. (in IE and chrome on desktop I could get the volume down)

I tried: on start of layout: play bg music looping at volume -9 dB.

-20 dB

-30 dB

-90 dB

These options did not have any effect on the volume of the bg music in Chrome on Android.
