html 5 Exported game wont load

after exporting with sound files on board the game wont load on the website. is this a known issue and what can be done to resolve this

You would need to provide at least a link to the exported project so others can also test. Without it, it could almost be anything.

Have you checked on multiple browsers?

Have you checked the browser console for errors?

Have you ensured that ALL files and folders are uploaded to your site?

Has the site got all it's MIME settings setup correctly?

These are all things covered in the manual and should be the first things to check if problems occur, but as I said earlier, their is little anyone can do without at least a link to your project.
