Games speed on android

Hi All,

I'm new to the community and would like to thank you in advance for your help.

I'm looking for a easy to use game engine to develop mobile games with. I do not have any programming experience. After reading a lot, I narrowed my list to a few game engines, one of which is construct 2.

I read on some blogs, that games made with construct 2 are very slow on android devices. Is that true?

The answer is really yes and no. If you don't optimize for mobile it will be slow(Image size, physics, bad events ), but if you design with care and test frequently on intended devices ranges you can get some really great games on android
